How can I receive a catalogue?
To download a PDF of our latest catalogue please click on the brochure request adverts throughout the website. A print copy can also be obtained from any Links of London store, see “our stores” section for a complete listing. Or, call our Customer Service team +44 (0) 8444770909 to request a catalogue.
How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?
You have the option of having your order sent on a Standard, Next Day, or Saturday Delivery service to your home or via Click & Collect to one of our standalone stores.
For Standard Delivery in the UK, please allow 4-5 working days. The charge is £5.00 per address.
For Next Day Delivery in the UK, please order before 2pm for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri). The charge is £7.00 per address.
For Saturday Delivery in the UK, order up until 2pm the Friday before. The charge is £7.00 per address.
For Click and Collect orders placed before 2pm, your order should be available for collection in store the following working day. However, this isn’t always possible. Please wait for your email confirmation from us to confirm that your delivery is ready to collect. Delivery is free of charge.
How can I check on an order I placed on Linksoflondon.com?
To check on the status of an order please click on the “My Account” section of the website.
How do I know when my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.
Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?
Not if it is your first order. If you haven’t shopped online with us before please note your delivery and billing addresses must match when placing your first order with us. We can only deliver to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers against fraud.
Can orders be placed from abroad?
Orders can be placed from abroad and you can place your order in the normal way. You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery. For all delivery charges please visit the ‘Delivery Charges’ section of the website.
How is my gift packaged?
Even the tiniest of presents from Links of London is beautifully hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is tied with the Links ribbon and sent off to either you or a loved one.
How do I get an item soldered/engraved?
We offer both hand and machine engraving on specific products and also soldering of charms on selected bracelets and necklaces. If you are shopping online you can add engraving to your order by selecting the engrave button and proceed through the engraving steps, Only items with this engrave button can be engraved.
Charms can be soldered onto most of our bracelets or necklaces at an additional cost. Please visit your local store for this service.
Please note the engraving service and soldering charges may vary in-store and online. We highly recommend you confirm the charge with the individual store before proceeding with your requests.
