We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

You have the option of having your order sent on Standard, Next Day, or Saturday Delivery service to your home or via Click & Collect to one of our standalone stores.

1. For Standard Delivery in the UK, please allow 3-4 working days. The charge for this service is £5 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100.

2. For Next Day Delivery in the UK, please order before 2pm for the next working day (Monday to Thursday). The charge for this service is £7.

3. For Saturday Delivery in the UK, order up until 2pm the Friday before. The charge for this service is £7.

4. For Click and Collect orders placed before 2pm, your order should be available for collection in store the following working day. However, this isn’t always possible. Please wait for your email confirmation from us to confirm that your delivery is ready to collect. Delivery is free of charge.

5. For International Delivery, please allow up to 3-4 working days. The charge for this service is £10.

Please note you do need to sign for deliveries.

Even the tiniest of gifts from Links of London are beautifully hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your gift is tied with the Links ribbon and sent off to either you or a loved one.

All you need to do is sign in to your Links of London account, go to the Address Book and add the address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the checkout process.

If you haven’t shopped online with us before please note your delivery and billing addresses must match when placing your first order. We can only deliver to the cardholders address, or alternatively, the Click & Collect option address. This is to protect our customers against fraud.

You can order an item online and use our Click & Collect delivery service to pick up your order at your nearest Links of London store rather than get it delivered to your home. Orders placed before 2pm should be ready for collection from 4pm the following working day.

Whilst it’s our intention that Click & Collect orders made before 2pm will be available for collection the following day, this may not always be possible. Please wait to receive email notification from us before attempting to collect your order. Once your order has arrived, it will be available for collection from your chosen store for 10 days, after which will be returned to our Warehouse and your order will be refunded. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this refund to be processed.

Click & Collect is a Monday to Friday service. We do not deliver into our stores over the weekend, therefore orders made after 2pm Thursday won’t be available for collection until the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next available working day.

For security reasons your order cannot be collected on your behalf. You will need to bring a copy of your email confirmation, a form of identification and the card used to purchase your online order.
