Online Returns Policy
All purchases (excludes sale lines) purchased between 31st October 2017 and 24th December 2017 may be exchanged or refunded until the 12th of January 2018 with a valid proof of purchase.
Items need to be returned with their security tag (if the item is over £98), in the original packaging and with the dispatch note.
Please note, if an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please contact our Customer Care team and they will be happy to help you with this.
Alternatively, you can return your item to one of our Links of London stores and our staff will be more than happy to assist with processing a refund or exchange. Please note that if your payment method was PayPal then your order will need to be returned back to our warehouse for your refund to be issued and unfortunately cannot be issued in branch.
Regrettably, items that have been engraved, embossed or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are found to be defective or faulty by one of our teams.
For hygiene reasons our Links of London stores do not accept exchanges or refunds of earrings bought online unless they are defective or faulty. For earrings purchased online, please return earrings to our Returns Department. Details of the Links of London store returns policy can be found below.

Free Tracked Returns for all UK online orders
We are pleased to offer a free tracked returns service through Royal Mail for all UK customers. Please note you will need your order number to complete this form so make sure you have it to hand.
Store Returns Policy
Items purchased at Links of London stores may be exchanged or refunded if returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with the appropriate security tag intact.
All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after your purchase date.
Please note that the following are excluded from the store returns policy:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Bespoke, soldered, embossed or engraved items
- Items otherwise altered to a customer's request
The above does not apply to faulty or defective items. You must return any faulty or defective item to us within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. You may then choose to receive a replacement, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. Items bought in concession stores must be returned to their host stores for a refund. Items bought in our outlets must be returned solely to these locations.
All our items have a 12 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.
Our watch movements have a 2 year warranty against mechanical or manufacturing defects only.
Proof of purchase is required to benefit from our warranty.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
Tax Free Shopping
An overseas customer who produces their passport will be able to receive a Tax Free report for them to apply for a tax refund. This will automatically be printed if the customer pays with an international credit card. If the customer is using either cash or a UK credit card then the staff can process this manually through the till upon request.
