Online Returns Policy

Customers are legally entitled to cancel and order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and to return for a full refund. 

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. 
Items need to be returned with their security tag (if the item is over £98), their original packaging and dispatch note and we will be happy to refund your order.

Please note, if an exchange is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order will be placed. Please contact our Customer Care Team and they will be happy to help you with this.


Alternatively, you can return your item to one of our Links of London stores for an exchange or refund. Regrettably, items engraved, embossed or soldered cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty.

For hygiene reasons our Links of London stores do not accept exchanges or refunds of earrings bought online unless they are defective or faulty. For earrings purchased online, please return earrings to our Returns Department. Details of the Links of London store returns policy can be found below.

Free returns for all UK & IE online orders

We offer free returns for orders from UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. A returns label will be included in your shipment or alternatively you can print your own version by clicking HERE.


Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on any international orders; it is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

Items purchased at Links of London stores may be exchanged or refunded if returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with the appropriate security tag intact.

Sale Items

All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after your purchase date.



 Please note that the following are excluded from the store returns policy:

  • -Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • -Bespoke, soldered, embossed or engraved items
  • -Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request

The above does not apply to faulty or defective items. You must return any faulty or defective item to us within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. You may then choose to receive a replacement, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.


Multi-branded retailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy. Items bought in concession stores must be returned to their host stores for a refund. Items bought in our outlets must be returned solely to these locations. 

All our items have a 12 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. 
Our watch movements have a 2 year warranty against mechanical or manufacturing defects only. 
Proof of purchase is required to benefit from our warranty. 

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.


Tax Free Shopping


An overseas customer who produces their passport will be able to receive a Tax Free report for them to apply for a tax refund. This will automatically be printed if the customer pays with an international Credit card. If the customer is using either cash or a UK Credit card then the staff can process this manually through the till upon request.
