Tracking your order

If you have opted for UK delivery (excluding Channel Islands), you will receive communication from our UK courier, DPD. They will confirm to you when the items has been collected from our warehouse and give you an estimated day of delivery. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text or email with a one hour time window for delivery. If this is not convenient and you would like to reschedule, simply follow the instructions in the text/email and rearrange with DPD.

If you have opted for international delivery, we will ship your order with our global couriers, UPS. Orders can take up to 5 working days to deliver worldwide and your order may be held up at local customs. For an update on your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to track your parcel and advise on an estimated delivery date.
