Federal regulations require that all applicants who are hired be able to present documents of identity and eligibility to work in the US and complete and sign Federal Form 1-9, Employment Eligibility Verification Form. Your induction experience will vary depending on the area of the business that you join; it could range from on-the-job support from a departmental colleague, to an individual or group induction.
