How do I contact Links of London?
At Links of London we strive to offer the best customer shopping experience possible. How can I receive a catalogue?
To download a PDF of our latest catalogue please click on the brochure request adverts throughout the website. A print copy can also be obtained from any Links of London store, see “our stores” section for a complete listing. Or, call our Customer Service team 1-888-BYLINKS (1-888-295-4657) to request a catalogue.
 
How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?
You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery. For Standard Delivery in the US, please allow 4-5 working days. The charge is $7.50 per address. For Express Delivery in the US, please allow up to 2 working days. The charge is $28.50 per address.
For Standard Delivery in Canada, please allow 4-5 working days. The charge is $20.00 per address. For Express Delivery in the US, please allow up to 2 working days. The charge is $50.00 per address.

Orders placed after 9:00am on a weekday will be processed the next day. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to find its way to you.
 
How can I check on an order I placed on Linksoflondon.com?
To check on the status of an order please click on the “My Account” section of the website, then select "Order Information".
 
How do I know when my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.
 
Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?
Not if it is your first order, we can only deliver only to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers against fraud. If delivery to a different address than your own is a necessity and it is your first Links of London order then please contact us on 1-888-295-4657 to speak to one of our customer care advisors. Representatives are available 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday.
 
Can orders be placed from abroad?
Orders can be placed from abroad and you can place your order in the normal way. You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Express Delivery. For all delivery charges please visit the ‘Delivery Charges’ section of the website.
 
How is my gift packaged?
Even the tiniest of presents from Links of London is beautifully wrapped in a cloth pouch and tissue then hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is tied with the Links ribbon and sent off to either you or a loved one with a card that you can personalise when you order.
 
How do I get an item soldered/engraved?
We offer both hand and machine engraving on specific products and also soldering of charms on selected bracelets and necklaces. If you are shopping online you can add engraving to your order by clicking on the “E” symbol which will only be displayed if the product can be engraved.
 
Is there VAT charged online?
Orders shipped to the US and Canada are not required to pay a VAT charge.
