How can I receive a catalogue?
To download a PDF of our latest catalog please click on the relevant advertisements throughout the website. There you will also find an option to request a hard copy catalog. In addition, a copy can also be obtained from any Links of London store, see “our stores” section for a complete listing or call our mail order department 888 295 4657.
How will my order be shipped? When should I expect to receive my order?
You have the option of having your order shipped by UPS Ground or UPS Express.
Standard ground shipping within the continental United States is $15.00 and takes up to 6 business days from the time the order is placed until it arrives. Specific transit time for your location can be determined at UPS.com
Express shipping within the United States is $28.50 and takes up to 2 business days to arrive.
Shipping to Canada can be sent Standard (US $20) or Express (US $50). Duty and Tax may be applicable upon entry to Canada. Specific transit times depend on location in Canada (in relation to New York). Please feel free to call or write with your specific information so that transit time can be calculated.

How can I check on an order I placed on Linksoflondon.com?
To check on the status of an order please click on the “My Orders” section of the website. Make sure that you are under the correct country, as it will not show you having placed an order otherwise. If you are looking to check on the status of an order that has been shipped, you should have received an email when the order shipped out with your UPS tracking information. Please see the link on that email to check on delivery status. As reporting of order status is not always accurate at this stage, please call 1-888-BYLINKS (1-888-295-4657)

How do I know when my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date. If you did not receive a confirmation email, the order was not successfully placed. Can orders be placed from abroad?
You can certainly order from any part of the world! However, Linksoflondon.com in the US only ships orders within the United States and Canada so if you wish to ship outside of the USA or Canada, please visit www.linksoflondon.co.uk to place your order with us.
How is my gift packaged?
Even the tiniest of presents from Links of London is beautifully wrapped in a cloth pouch and tissue then hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is tied with the Links ribbon and sent off to either you or a loved one with a card that you can personalise when you order.
How do I get my Links of London product engraved?
Links of London offers both hand and machine engraving services on sterling silver items. Items that can be engraved are displayed online with an “E” symbol. How can I return or exchange an item purchased on the web?
Should you wish to return or exchange a Links Of London item purchased on the web, it must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase amount provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, show no evidence of wear and are in their original packaging. Items that have been engraved or soldered are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend the offer of a refund for any sale merchandise at any point in time. If the product can be received by the fulfillment center while the item is still on sale, we can arrange to make an exchange for an item of equal or greater value (with the difference to be charged to the customer). All free-standing Links of London stores will accept return merchandise purchased at full price within 15 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit ONLY. Sale merchandise is all final sale. No exchange or return is available.
