For Standard Delivery in Canada, please allow 5-10 business days. The charge is $10.00 per address.
For Express Delivery in Canada, please allow up to 2-5 business days. The charge is $30.00 per address.
For Overnight Delivery in Canada, please allow 1 business day. The charge is $40.00 per address.

Not if it is your first order, we can only deliver only to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers against fraud. If delivery to a different address than your own is a necessity and it is your first Links of London order then please contact us on 1-888-295-4657 to speak to one of our customer care advisors. Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders on the CA site. You must have a valid CA credit card, billing and shipping address in order to place your order.
Even the tiniest of presents from Links of London is beautifully wrapped in a cloth pouch and tissue then hand packed in our exclusive branded boxes. Your present is tied with the Links ribbon and sent off to either you or a loved one.
We offer both hand and machine engraving on specific products and also soldering of charms on selected bracelets and necklaces. Products that are available for engraving have a place for you to enter your text and preview your message on the product's detail page.
Orders shipped to Canada are not required to pay a VAT charge. However, CA tax applies on a province basis and is calculated in checkout.
If you are not happy with your Links of London goods that were purchased online, and you are in Canada, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund items that were not purchased on sale, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging with security tags still attached. Regrettably, items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty. On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
Note that we cannot accept returns for goods purchased in any Links of London stores. This policy is for internet purchases only.
We’ll be happy to exchange most sale items throughout the sale period only and up to 28 days after the original purchase, providing the goods being exchanged are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We do not refund sale items unless the goods are faulty. Some sale items are marked as final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We accept online payment in a secure environment by PayPal or credit card. We currently accept the following: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Your account will be debited once your order has been shipped. Once you place your order, a temporary hold will be placed on your card until the order has shipped. If for any reason your order is cancelled before it ships, the hold will be removed from your card within 5-7 business days.
We are pleased to repair items made by Links of London. Please provide us with contact information and a detailed description of what is wrong with the item when you bring your item to the nearest store, or if you do not reside near one of our locations please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist.
We are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
There are no official sellers of Links of London products on eBay. Therefore we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any Links of London product purchased from eBay. If you are unsure about the authenticity of another website or other stockist, please see our Store Locator section on this.

Links of London discontinues products every year to make space for new ranges. If you would like to inquire about a specific piece that you saw on the CA website, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-888-295-4657 to find out if the product is still available for purchase.
We offer many opportunities for customization with our current line of products. Most of the items in our Sweetie collection can be customized with metal rings, pave rondelle beads and keepsake charms. These keepsake charms can also be added to chains to create custom pendants. We also offer engraving for many products including our Narrative collection and many of our keepsake charms.
We treat each case on an individual basis, looking at wear and tear since purchase and the reason for returning the item. There is no official warranty period on any items besides our watches and clocks which are covered for manufacturing defects for 24 months.
You can clean your bracelet with a silver polishing cloth, available to purchase in store. Alternatively you can take it in to your nearest store to have it professionally cleaned. This applies to any item of jewellery purchased from Links of London.
You can clean your friendship bracelet by gently brushing it with a damp cloth. Although, we would normally recommend carrying out a small patch test first to ensure there is no damage to the bracelet.
Split rings are used to attach the charms. Your Sweetie bracelet initially comes with one to six of these (depending on style) so you can immediately start personalising your bracelet. Additional split rings are available from Links of London stores at a cost of $2 each and can be fitted in store by a member of staff. These rings are very secure when closed properly, should they however open up we would advise you to have them replaced immediately so as not to risk the charm coming off.
Due to the size of the charms it is only possible to add a very thin layer of enamel or gold plate to the silver, so unfortunately there is a chance the enamel or gold plate may chip or fade with wear and tear. We advise customers not to wear their charms too close together on their bracelet and to treat them with the same special care and attention that they treat all their items of jewellery. Should you have any problems with enamel charms, they can be replaced by our stores within 3 months from purchase with a valid receipt.
