Conservatory Archives X Links of London
EDITED -3 Apr 2019
We’ve partnered with east London plant specialist and stylist Conservatory Archives (@conservatory_archives) to create a lush indoor garden in our Kings Road and Brook Street, London flagship stores as a botanical backdrop to our new Orbs jewellery collection.
The Orbs collection is a bold reimagining of the organic, feminine beauty of freshwater pearls in settings inspired by modern gothic architecture. Aptly, the Conservatory Archives studio – a favourite destination of in-the-know plant connoisseurs founded by fashion designer-turned-horticulturist Jin Ahn – is based in an historic Hackney building which was formerly London’s oldest ironmongers.
The Orbs collection imagery was photographed in the world’s largest Victorian glasshouse at Kew Gardens to highlight the modern-gothic ironwork that inspired the industrial feel of the designs and that aesthetic is translated to the stores using a lush selection of Conservatory Archives’ rare and exotic plants. Rough white pots and planters echo the modern gothic ironwork at Kew Gardens and the windows and foliage are framed with arches that echo the curves and lines of sterling silver in the Orbs collection.
Visit the stores at Kings Road, and Brook Street, Mayfair from 8th April 2019 to discover the Orbs collection.
